Teagan Arnold, the owner of Ruby Swan Genealogy, resides in Central Queensland with her family. 

Transitioning from a government role to pursue her passion in history, Teagan has a Diploma of Family History from the University of Tasmania. She's now advancing her studies with a Bachelor's in Historical Inquiry and Practice at the University of New England. 

As a member of The Association of Professional Genealogists, The Australian Historical Association, and The Royal Historical Society of Queensland, Teagan upholds the standards set by their Codes of Ethics and Professional Practices. Teagan’s interest in local history has also led to her serving as a member on The Central Highlands Arts and Cultural Advisory Committee as well as serving as the Hon. Secretary at her local historical association.
